Standard delivery

Dispatched within 24 hours. Most orders arrive within 5 working days, or up to 7 for the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight.

Express delivery

£5.99

Order before 6pm and we dispatch the next working day, arriving within 1 to 2 working days. Excludes weekends and bank holidays.

Personalised items

Personalisation takes 24 to 72 working hours before dispatch. If you are working to a date, email us and we will tell you what is possible.

Anywhere in the UK, excluding the Channel Islands, PO Boxes and BFPO addresses.

Straight to the new parents

Every order can be sent directly to the person receiving it. No prices, no invoice, no paperwork of any kind goes in the box. Just the gift and your personalised card.

We are proudly paperless. Your invoice and order confirmation are emailed to you, which keeps the gift a gift and keeps unnecessary paper out of the post.

Tracking your order

Knowing where it is

We email a confirmation with tracking as soon as your order is packed. Tracking information can take a day to appear.

You can also follow your order under Orders when you log in to My Account.

Returns

You have 30 days to change your mind, beginning the day your order arrives. Items should be unused and returned in their original packaging. Return postage is arranged and paid by you.

Personalised items

Personalised pieces are made specifically for you, so they cannot be returned if you simply change your mind.

This does not affect your rights if something is wrong. If a personalised item arrives faulty, damaged, or we have made an error, we will put it right with a free replacement.

If something arrives faulty or damaged

Please contact us. We will replace it, or refund you in full if we cannot, and we will cover the cost of returning it to us.

This is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

How to return an item

Email admin@rompibaby.com or use our contact form with your order number, your name and address, and a short note about the reason. Then post the item to:

Refunds

Refunds are issued within 14 days of your return reaching us, to the payment method you used. Card payments return to the original card, PayPal payments to your PayPal account.

We are unable to refund items that come back damaged or no longer resaleable. If you are unsure about anything, message us first and we will help.
