Costs and timing

Standard Delivery fee is £3.95 (Free when you spend £40 and over. UK only, excluding the Channel Islands, PO Boxes and BFPO locations

Please allow up to 5 working days for your parcel to be delivered to a standard UK address and 7 working days to remote areas such as the Highlands, Islands of Scotland, Isle of Man and Isle of White.

Express Delivery fee is £7.99

Orders placed before 8pm will be dispatched on the next working day (excluding bank holidays) and delivered within 1 working day

Lead Times

For personalized items we have lead times which can be from 24h to 72h (working days). We aim to complete production of items as quickly as possible. Once items have been produced they will be dispatched based on the delivery option you choose. Note: Items are not dispatched with any receipt/order information so are perfect to send directly to the recipient.

Once you have placed your order we begin the process of personalizing your item/s. The personalization production time varies depending on the type of product. This then affects the total time from placing your order to delivery.

Tracking your order

As soon as we start packing your order we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note, that it can take some days before the tracking information is uploaded.

Returns

Returns policy

If an individual item is faulty then please contact us to arrange an exchange.We will immediately replace any damaged products provided that we are notified within 7 days of your receipt of the goods. If we cannot replace the defective item we will offer an alternative or refund you in full once the item is returned to us. We will also refund your postage cost in returning the product to us if necessary.

If you wish to return an item you can do so within 30 calendar days beginning with the day you receive the item. All returned items must be unused and in the original packaging.

Rompibaby is not responsible for any costs related to returning the product or service.

Personalised products are not eligible for returns. We will consider refunds/exchange if there has been an error on our part but this excludes where we have had to amend a personalisation due to not being given the correct details on the order.

RompiBaby reserves the right to refuse refund if returned products are damaged or are not reselable.

How do I return?

If you wish to return an item you can do so within 30 calendar days beginning with the day you receive the item. Please send us an email at [email protected] or use the contact form providing a note outlining your reasons for the return, reference number of your order, full name and address and send the product with in the original box and packaging to:

How will I be refunded?

Your balance will be refunded within 14 days after you returned the items.

Your refund will be payable with the same payment method you chose for purchase. If you have paid by credit or debit card, we will refund the balance to the card originally used.
